Burnout to Balance

This 7-week virtual small-group experience for women is designed to help recalibrate your nervous system, reconnect with your body and emotions, shift deep-rooted mindsets, release emotional imprints, restore your energy, and open to new possibilities—through the ancient wisdom of the Five Elements and the insights of modern neuroscience.

Each week, we’ll explore one of the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine — Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth — as a pathway to understand your stress patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create greater balance and coherence in mind, heart, and body.

The merging of ancient practices with modern neuroscience and the co-regulating, amplifying power of a collective creates a space for growth and transformation.

The uncertainty of these times has taken a toll on most, if not all, of us. Perhaps you've noticed increased stress, irritability, fatigue and/or anxiety, disrupted sleep, changes in appetite, difficulty focusing, increasingly negative thinking, increased muscular tension or headaches, an increased sense of disconnection. If this sounds familiar, the support and skills in this class offer an opportunity to turn the chaos and uncertainty of this time into an opportunity to learn, grow, and transform as we begin 2026. Join us!
