What Becomes Possible Through This Journey

By the end of these 7 weeks, you may find yourself:

  • Becoming aware of your stress patterns so you can interrupt automatic responses and return to your center

  • Pausing, breathing, and choosing differently in moments that used to overwhelm you

  • Feeling energy return to places that felt numb, tense, or shut down

  • Releasing emotional imprints and shifting the internal narratives that keep you stuck in patterns no longer serving you

  • Reconnecting with the natural intelligence of your body and emotions

  • Moving through your days with greater clarity, ease, and grounded confidence

  • Realigning with your values, purpose, and what truly matters — remembering your why

  • Remembering what it feels like to belong —to yourself, your body, and a supportive community

  • Feeling part of a larger healing movement—where your personal growth supports collective renewal

This isn't about managing symptoms.

It's about reclaiming your rhythm, cultivating resilience, and reconnecting to your inner wisdom and purpose.

This isn't information to remember.

It's wisdom to embody.

It's healing that imprints and integrates —cell by cell, breath by breath.

And it's designed to reverberate through your life and the lives of others.

About Me and Why I Created This Group

I’m a holistic psychiatrist with an extensive background in integrative mental health—and now also a coach, guiding high-achieving women through stress, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, and disconnection from themselves, their bodies, emotions, and values.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve spent over 30 years immersed in the practices of meditation, yoga, and qi gong—living the very tools I now teach. My path has evolved into a new, embodied paradigm for healing—one that bridges ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience, mind, heart, and body.

This work is deeply personal.
I created The Five Elements of Renewal because I’ve lived both the science and the somatic truth of stress, burnout, and disconnection. I know how easy it is to lose your spark when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode—and how frustrating and frightening it feels to be doing “all the right things” and still feel like you're struggling to get through the day, like something's not right or something is missing.

I’ve spent years supporting women through anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm. And what I’ve learned is that real healing doesn’t come from managing symptoms. It comes from reconnecting to our emotions and the body’s innate intelligence, offering ourselves compassion, and realigning with our deepest values and purpose.

This work isn’t clinical—it’s transformational.
And it’s built for women who are ready to stop coping—

and start reconnecting.

About Me

Why Now?

We’re living in a time of profound uncertainty, ever increasing speed, and collective stress. Many women aren’t just feeling overwhelmed—they’re sensing that something in our world and in themselves needs real change, not just another productivity hack or mindset tweak.

This moment invites a different choice:
Instead of pushing harder, what if you paused and recalibrated?
What if your own healing and alignment could become a ripple that touches others in your life?

Research shows that positive emotional states can spread through social networks, influencing friends and even friends-of-friends in ways that go beyond the individual. When one person’s happiness or well‑being increases, it can have measurable effects on the emotional climate of their community.

In other words:
Your transformation isn’t just personal—
it contributes to the well‑being of the world around you.

So if you’ve felt called to shift, deepen, or reset in 2026, that call isn’t accidental, it’s part of a bigger energetic current, one that can create meaningful and lasting impact.

Why Now?

Is This For You?

This is for you if...

  • You’re a high-functioning woman who’s feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained—even if everything looks “fine” on the outside

  • You’ve tried therapy, meditation, or mindset work—but something still feels off or stuck

  • You crave a deeper connection with your body, emotions, purpose, and energy

  • You’re open to ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, and somatic practices as tools for real, embodied transformation

  • You want to feel vibrant, clear, connected, and alive again—and you’re ready to show up for the process

This is not for you if...

  • You're currently in acute mental health crisis or are seeking clinical treatment, psychiatric care, or a diagnosis

  • You're looking for replacement for therapy or medical support

  • You're not open to exploring your emotions, body, or energy

  • You're expecting some to "fix" you without doing the inner work

Is This For You?

Important Disclaimer

Although I bring my clinical experience as a psychiatrist to everything I create, this group is not a medical or psychiatric service. I am not acting as your doctor or providing diagnosis or treatment.

The Five Elements of Renewal is a coaching-based, educational, and experiential program designed to support growth, self-awareness, and embodiment—not to treat mental illness.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What are the Five Elements and how do they help with stress & healing?

The Five Elements—Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth—are part of the ancient Chinese medicine framework for understanding how energy moves through the body and mind.

Each element represents a specific energetic quality, emotional pattern, physiological processes, and internal rhythm.

When the elements are out of balance, it can show up as burnout, anxiety, emotional reactivity, exhaustion, anger, sadness, or feeling stuck. When balanced, the elements help us feel resilient, grounded, energized, creative, emotionally fluid, and connected to our center.

In this program, we use the Five Elements as a map to:

  • Understand your unique stress patterns

  • Explore emotional and physical imbalances and energetic blockages

  • Learn somatic tools (like qi gong, breathwork, and EFT) to bring your system back into balance

This isn’t about memorizing theory—it’s about experiencing real shifts in how you feel, move, and respond to life.

What is Qi gong and how can it help me?

Qi gong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an ancient Chinese practice that blends slow, intentional movement, breath, and focus to cultivate life force energy—known as Qi. It’s often described as “moving meditation” and is used to support physical health, emotional balance, and energetic harmony.

In this program, Qi Gong helps you:

  • Calm your nervous system and shift out of survival mode

  • Increase vitality, clarity, and emotional balance

  • Reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, empowering, and nourishing

  • Cultivate inner stability—without force or pressure

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. The movements are simple,  deeply restorative, and accessible to all bodies.

What if I can't make the calls?

While all sessions will be recorded and shared privately, there’s something powerful about being live—showing up in real-time, being witnessed, and feeling the collective energy of the group. It amplifies the transformation.

That said, this program is designed to be flexible. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still receive all the teachings, practices, and reflections each week—so you can engage in your own rhythm, in your own time.

And you'll still be part of the collective field—because intention, energy, and participation don’t just happen on Google Meet. They happen through your presence in the work.

How is this different from therapy or traditional coaching?

Unlike therapy, this program doesn’t involve diagnosis, treatment, or exploring past trauma in a clinical setting. And unlike traditional coaching, it goes far deeper than mindset hacks or productivity tips.

This is body, heart, and mind-based transformation.

It blends ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, somatic tools, and energy cultivation—guided by someone who’s lived both the clinical path and the personal journey of burnout and reconnection.

You won’t be given a set of rules to follow. You’ll be supported in reconnecting with your own rhythm, energy, and inner wisdom—so healing becomes something you live, not just something you talk about.

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about realignment, embodiment, and sustained transformation.

Can I join if I’m currently in therapy or on medication?
Yes—if you’re in a stable place this program is designed to complement —not replace—your existing care.  This work is not clinical and does not involve diagnosis or treatment. While I bring my training as a psychiatrist, I’ll be showing up as a coach and guide, not as your doctor. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to discuss to make sure it's the right fit for you.

What if I’m new to somatic or nervous system work?
Perfect. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You don’t need to have any experience—just curiosity and willingness to try something new.

Will there be 1:1 support?

This is primarily a group experience—and that’s part of its magic. Healing accelerates in community, when we’re witnessed, supported, and reminded we’re not alone.

That said, you’ll receive live individual coaching during our weekly calls, where I’ll work directly with participants who feel called to share. These moments often create breakthroughs for the entire group, because we learn not just from our own experience, but from each other’s stories and shifts.

You’ll always have the choice to share or simply listen. Your boundaries will be honored, and the space is held with deep respect and safety.

I’ll also be active in our private Facebook group throughout the journey, sharing prompts, answering questions, and offering ongoing support.

If you’d like even deeper personal guidance, you can choose to add one private 1:1 coaching session when you enroll.

What is time commitment each week? What if I have a busy schedule?

Our weekly live sessions will be 60 minutes, except for the first and final sessions, which will be 75 minutes to allow for deeper connection and closure.

You’ll also receive:

  • One short weekly practice video (Qi Gong, breath, EFT, or meditation)—10–20 minutes, ideally practiced 2–3 times during the week

  • Daily micro-practice invitations (just 3–5 minutes each) to gently build consistency and nervous system flexibility

The structure is designed to meet you where you are.

This isn’t meant to be one more item on your already overwhelming to-do list. It’s about finding that sweet spot between honoring your needs and expanding your capacity—without burning out.

The busier your schedule, the more essential recovery becomes.
Brief, intentional pauses are what prevent burnout, support recovery, and keep your system resilient—so stress doesn’t turn into shutdown.

Intentional, consistent presence creates change.
And sometimes the most radical shift begins when you put yourself at the top of your list—not the bottom.

All calls are recorded, so you can return to them anytime.
The invitation is to show up for yourself as best you can—without pressure, without perfection. Self-compassion is part of the practice.

Is there a payment plan available?
