A 7-week virtual small-group experience to help you recalibrate your nervous system, reconnect with your body and emotions, shift deep-rooted mindsets, release emotional imprints, restore your energy, and open to new possibilities—through the ancient wisdom of the Five Elements and the insights of modern neuroscience.

Each week, we’ll explore one of the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine — Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth — as a pathway to understand your stress patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create greater balance and coherence in mind, heart, and body.

We will merge ancient practices with modern neuroscience and the co-regulating, amplifying power of a collective to create a space for growth and transformation.

 

Through Mindfulness, Qi Gong, Breathwork, EFT (tapping), Reflection, Coaching, and Group Discussion and Integration you’ll learn tools to help :

  • Calm your nervous system and release tension

  • Reignite your energy, vitality and creativity

  • Reconnect with purpose and joy

  • Cultivate emotional, physical, and energetic resilience

  • Feel supported within a safe, intimate circle of women 

  • Reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.​
