A small-group experience designed to help you restore balance, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your natural rhythm — through the wisdom of your body, your emotions, and supportive community.
Each week, we’ll explore one of the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine — Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth — as a pathway to understand your stress patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create greater balance in mind and body.
We will merge ancient practices with modern neuroscience and the co-regulating, amplifying power of a collective to create a space for growth and transformation.
Through mindfulness, qi gong, breathwork, EFT, reflection, and discussion, you’ll learn tools to help :
